Nature’s Nutrition Raw Forest Honey 900g

Forest honey is also commonly known as Honeydew Honey. Made by bees from a sweet liquid secreted by aphids living in tree trunks that feed on tree saps, this honey is unique in the way that it is derived from two different species of insects. Forest honey has a characteristic dark colour and a unique aroma not found in floral honey. It is also known to have rich mineral and antioxidant content.
Our honey is tested for Diastase and HMF. It is raw and unpasteurized, hence, natural crystallization may occur. If so, place honey jar in a warm water bath to allow honey crystals to return to liquid state.
